NCTV 191 — Northbridge Community Television — is the public access channel of Northbridge, Massachusetts: community television for the Blackstone Valley town.

Northbridge's Own Channel

The grid is the town talking to itself: locally produced shows by residents and organizations, coverage of town meetings and local government, school and sports coverage, and the community events of a historic Massachusetts mill town.

Public Access in the Blackstone Valley

NCTV runs on the classic access model — the town provides the channel, residents provide the programming — keeping a local screen alive in a media market dominated by Boston's big stations.
