IBN The Islamic Network online - Television live

IBN The Islamic Network Live Stream

IBN - The Islamic Network - is Trinidad and Tobago's Muslim television channel, broadcasting to the islands and beyond, serving one of the Caribbean's oldest and most established Islamic communities from its Trinidad base.

Islam, Caribbean Style

The grid blends global religious programming with the local community life of the islands: Quran recitation and tafsir lessons daily, lectures by local and visiting scholars through the week, coverage of the community's mosques and events, and programming made especially for the Indo-Trinidadian Muslim families who form the channel's heartland audience.

A Community's Own Screen

Muslims have lived in Trinidad since the indentured era of the nineteenth century, arriving from India with their faith and their traditions intact; IBN gives that long-established community its own broadcast voice in a media landscape long dominated by secular and Christian outlets - and a window onto the wider Islamic world beyond the islands.

From Trinidad to the Ummah

The channel runs its grid day and night, so anyone who wants to watch IBN online joins the community from anywhere on earth. An IBN live Friday is the khutbah, the lecture and the community bulletin in one sitting - Caribbean Islam's own television voice, broadcasting to the islands and the far-flung diaspora alike, around the clock.
