ERT3 Live Stream

ERT3 is the third channel of ERT, Greece's public broadcaster - based in Thessaloniki and shaped by its northern Greek home, with a mission that reaches from Macedonia to the wider Balkans and the Greek diaspora worldwide. Its live signal streams through the ERTFLIX platform.

Viewers follow ERT3 for news and analysis from Greece's second city, documentaries on the Balkans' tangled history, and the culture and music programming of a public channel with a regional voice.

Thessaloniki's Window

The grid pairs national obligations with a northern perspective: news and analysis from Greece's second city, documentaries on the Balkans' tangled history and shared present, culture and music programming, and the parliamentary and institutional broadcasts that fall to the third channel of every public broadcaster.

The Channel That Refused to Die

ERT3 was shut down with all of ERT in June 2013 - and became the symbol of resistance, its Thessaloniki studios occupied by staff and streaming on defiance alone. When ERT returned in 2015, ERT3 returned with it: a channel whose history is part of its identity.

About ERT3

From Thessaloniki, the third channel of the Greek public system serves the north and the diaspora with the programming a capital alone cannot give - the news, the documentaries and the culture of Greek Macedonia. For the country's second city and the region beyond it, ERT3 remains public television with a northern accent.
