Almagharibia TV Live Stream

Almagharibia TV is an independent Arabic-language satellite channel broadcasting nightly from London to Algeria and its diaspora, known across the Maghreb for giving airtime to voices that go unheard on Algerian state television.

The Opposition's Airwaves

The grid is built on open political talk: call-in programs where Algerians at home and abroad debate their country's rulers live on air, analysis of the Hirak protest movement's legacy, and interviews with opposition figures, journalists and activists from across the spectrum - guests the domestic channels simply do not book.

London Address, Algerian Heart

Broadcasting from exile gives the channel its freedom - and its audience: state television inside Algeria will not host its guests, so viewers who want that conversation point their satellite dishes at Almagharibia. The London studio answers to no ministry in Algiers, and the callers know it well.

The Conversation Algeria Has Abroad

The channel runs around the clock. An Almagharibia live evening is a host, a phone line and a whole country's pent-up argument - the conversation that official Algerian television does not have, held in exile and beamed back home by satellite and stream alike.
