The face of the channel and the owner of its 24 percent share is the famous Georgian journalist Shalva Ramishvili. The channel is the successor of the online TV channel Post TV. Each program is based on the programs of the previous channel, but slightly modified, plus there are additional programs of socio-political content. "Whenever and wherever you want" is the motto of the channel.
