CMC TV Live Stream

CMC TV, the Croatian Music Channel, is a national television station devoted to music. It began broadcasting on 1 June 2005 and has carried music and music-related programming around the clock. Since 2011, CMC TV has been Croatia’s national music television channel. Its remit combines Croatian music culture and scene news with videos, artist interviews, chart programmes and festival coverage.

Croatian music and new releases

Music videos form the channel’s core, with material from Croatian and international performers. Its news coverage follows both music scenes, including video premieres, new singles and albums, interviews, concerts and record promotions. Chart programmes include CMC Top 30 (CMC National Top 30), TOP 40 domaćih (Top 40 Croatian Hits) and TOP 40 stranih (Top 40 International Hits), which rank domestic and international songs separately.

Artist interviews and music formats

Portret (Portrait), Cafe (Café) and Backstage are among CMC TV’s music programmes. Dalibor Petko Show is a music talk show hosted by Dalibor Petko, with interviews and performances by Croatian and regional artists. Maldoror Metal Box brings new videos, news from the Croatian and international metal scenes, concert notices and metal classics. The Vinyl ploča (Vinyl Record) project airs older songs for which no music video exists.

Music across generations

CMC TV has presented songwriters, composers and arrangers alongside performers and has given young artists opportunities to reach audiences. Its programming also revisits Croatian songs from the period before music videos were common.

The CMC Festival

The channel initiated the CMC Festival, a Croatian music showcase recognized as a major event on the country’s music scene.
