TRK Lipetskoye Vremya Live Stream

TRK Lipetskoye Vremya is a regional broadcaster based in Lipetsk, Russia. The company gives 2003 as its founding year, when its television output consisted of local news inserts, and it has since grown into a media group serving the region through television, radio and online publishing.

Informatsionnoye utro and Informatsionny vecher

The focus is the people, events and public life of the region. Its catalogue includes news, interviews, discussion and community features, with programmes such as Informatsionnoye utro (Information Morning), Informatsionny vecher (Information Evening) and Budilnik (Alarm Clock).

Lipetsk FM and the OTR partnership

The company also produces Lipetsk FM and contributes live programming to the national OTR channel on weekdays. That arrangement, local production carried on a federal network, is how many Russian regional stations reach audiences beyond their own transmitter area.

Lipetsk and its industry

Lipetsk oblast is an industrial region in the black-earth belt south of Moscow, dominated by the Novolipetsk steel plant and by food processing. Its economy and its single large employer supply a regular share of the station's reporting.

Television, radio and print

Running a 24-hour channel alongside a radio station and a news site lets one newsroom serve three platforms, with local advertising covering most of the cost — the standard structure for regional media in Russia.
