Canale 7 Live Stream

Canale 7 is the local television station of Monopoli, in the metropolitan city of Bari, Puglia. Its information is curated by two newsrooms - in Monopoli, the main seat, and in Bari - and the channel has chosen not to carry infomercials and films, focusing instead on news and local productions.

TG7 and the newsrooms

The flagship is the TG7 newscast, which also exists in a sign-language edition, TG7 LIS, and a TG7 Taranto edition for the neighbouring province. The channel's journalists include Gianni Tanzariello and Agostino Calefati, and its civic service includes live broadcasts of the city councils of Monopoli and Polignano a Mare.

Local productions

The grid is filled with the station's own programmes: Detto tra noi, Faccia a faccia, Fuoricampo, the health magazine Infosalute, the faith programme Sulla via di Emmaus, Civico 74, Accademia TV Talent, In cucina con Cristina and the show Musica d'Attracco. The station also runs the Premio Il Gozzo - Città di Monopoli award and the annual È Sempre Festa event.

Its recent coverage is typical of a city channel: a mobile clinic for breast screening in the square, the inauguration of the Porta Vecchia works, the Monopoli half marathon and local book presentations.
