KSCE 38.3 is the third digital subchannel of KSCE (channel 38), a religious independent television station licensed to El Paso, Texas, broadcasting under the name LIFE! End Times TV (ETTV). The subchannel builds its schedule around Bible-prophecy teaching, Christian news and talk, and ministry programs produced for the El Paso–Las Cruces border region.

One Stream in a Five-Channel Ministry

KSCE signed on the air on April 15, 1989, under a non-commercial license and today operates as the LIFE! Christian Broadcasting Network, owned by Channel 38 Christian Television. Its studios stand on Wyoming Avenue in central El Paso, with the transmitter atop the Franklin Mountains. The ministry states that the station exists to broadcast the Gospel of Jesus Christ across its coverage area. Alongside the main LIFE! channel (38.1), which mixes English-language programs with daily Spanish segments and two weekly Arabic blocks, KSCE multiplexes four additional streams: VIDA, an all-Spanish channel (38.2); LIFE! End Times TV (38.3); a children-and-family channel (38.4); and a Bible-reading channel (38.5). In 2017 the ministry expanded beyond Texas, acquiring KGSC (channel 33) in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and extending its reach toward Alamogordo, New Mexico.

Prophecy, Teaching and Christian News

As its name suggests, ETTV leans heavily on end-times and Bible-prophecy teaching. The lineup includes Prophecy USA with Rick Pearson, Skywatch TV and Watch Therefore, alongside scripture-focused series such as Watchword Bible. National ministries supply much of the teaching block: Pathway to Victory with Robert Jeffress, sermons by David Wilkerson, Wisdom From The Past with Lance Lambert and the evangelism series Way of the Master. Christian news and talk round out the schedule through CBN Newswatch, Washington Watch and Jay Sekulow Live, together with The 700 Club and the weekday health program Your Health.

Local Programs Made in El Paso

ETTV also carries original productions from the LIFE! studios. Truths That Bless and The Bottom Line present local ministry and discussion, while broadcaster Jack Berg hosts his own weekly program. Services from Shekina Temple with Pastor Joe Sweet bring local church worship into the lineup, and the community program Good News From El Paso features regional guests and stories.

KSCE transmits on UHF digital channel 21 with an effective radiated power of 150 kilowatts from its Franklin Mountains site, mapped to virtual channel 38 on receivers; the 38.3 stream broadcasts in 720p. The station serves El Paso, Texas, and Las Cruces, New Mexico. Beyond its broadcast footprint, the LIFE! End Times TV schedule is distributed online as a live stream.
