Radio Television Ceuta (RTVCE) is the municipal public television channel of the Autonomous City of Ceuta. It was created at the end of 2005 and currently broadcasts on DTT and Ceuta Public Radio.

The history of RTVCE dates back to 2000, when the Sociedad Municipal Radiotelevisión Ceuta was founded. During that year, the channel started to make sporadic broadcasts as test broadcasts. However, from 2001 onwards, a program was developed and gradually adapted to the needs and suggestions of the citizens.

Throughout the last decade, RTVCE has provided a continuous public service to the community of Ceuta. Its programming has focused on reporting on local events, providing entertainment and promoting the city's culture and heritage.

The channel has about thirty professionals who are in charge of the production and broadcasting of contents. These include news programs, debates, interviews, documentaries and entertainment programs.
