Canal 2 Mar del Plata Live Stream

Canal 2 Mar del Plata is the television channel of Mar del Plata, Argentina's great Atlantic resort city, broadcasting local news, talk and entertainment. Viewers who watch TV online can follow the channel live on its official site.

The Channel of the Atlantic Coast

Canal 2 serves Mar del Plata and the southeastern coast of Buenos Aires province: the country's largest beach resort and a city with a media life of its own. The channel covers the city through the year — the summer season that fills it with millions of visitors, and the local life that carries on the rest of the year.

The Day on Air

The schedule is anchored by local news editions covering the city and the General Pueyrredón district: municipality, the port, tourism and community life. Talk and interview programs host the city's public figures, while magazine shows, sports coverage and entertainment programs fill the hours between the news.

Programs and Formats

The grid combines the news cycle with morning magazines, programs on the city's cultural life and event broadcasts following the season's festivals and the fishing industry's calendar. In the summer months the channel's coverage shifts to the season: the beaches, the shows and the visitors that make Mar del Plata the country's summer capital.

A Coastal Newsroom

Programs are made by the channel's Mar del Plata team, covering the city and the coast's towns. The presenters are familiar faces of the city, and the newsroom's focus stays firmly local.
