Noursat English Live Stream

Noursat English is the English-language service of Tele Lumiere - Noursat, the light - the Christian television network of the Maronite Catholic Patriarchate of Antioch, based in Lebanon. It carries worship, teaching and Church programming to English-speaking viewers worldwide.

From Lebanon to the world

Tele Lumiere began broadcasting from Beirut in the 1980s and has grown into a network with several channels and language services, of which Noursat English is one, alongside Arabic, Australian and Jordanian feeds and a youth channel. The network is closely tied to the Maronite Church and to the Patriarchate, and its audience includes Lebanese communities abroad as much as viewers at home.

What the channel carries

The schedule is devotional and pastoral: the Mass and the liturgy of the Eastern Catholic churches, the rosary and prayers, teaching and Bible reflection, coverage of Church events and visits of the Patriarch, programmes on the saints and on the Christian presence in the Middle East, and music. Documentaries on the region's Christian heritage have a firm place.

Watching

Noursat English broadcasts in standard definition and is carried on satellite across the Middle East, Europe and the Americas, and it streams online. Its Arabic sister channel, Noursat, runs the wider schedule, and the network publishes its programming through its own site and through its video channels.
