IRIB Quran Live Stream

IRIB Quran is the Quranic television channel of Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting, on air since 11 December 2000. Broadcasting worldwide from Tehran in Persian, the channel, formally known as the Quran and Ma'aref network, dedicates its entire schedule to the Quran, religious knowledge and spiritual life.

Dedicated to the Quran

The channel's programming revolves around the holy text: tilawat recitations by leading qaris, commentary and interpretation sessions, religious education and magazine programs linking Quranic teaching to everyday life. Recitation gatherings form a recurring part of the output, including sessions organized at major shrines; in January 2021 the channel arranged a Quran reciting session at the shrine of Hazrat Zeinab in Damascus.

Two Decades on Air

Launched at the end of 2000, IRIB Quran has become one of the longest-running religious services within the Iranian state broadcaster. In January 2022 the channel was among several IRIB services briefly interrupted by a hacking incident that affected the broadcaster for around ten seconds. The channel continues to broadcast daily, pairing its television signal with live distribution through IRIB's official streaming platforms.
