Aastha Kannada Live Stream

Aastha Kannada is the Kannada-language service of Aastha TV, the devotional network of Vedic Broadcasting Limited. It brings the network's Hindi devotional formula to viewers in Karnataka.

What the channel carries

The schedule is built from bhajans and keertane in the Kannada tradition, discourses with teachers, coverage of temples and festivals, and the yoga and Ayurveda programming that Aastha produces with the Patanjali organisation. The Kannada devotional repertoire - the Dasara padagalu of Purandara Dasa and Kanaka Dasa, the vachanas of the Lingayat saints - gives the service its own colour within the network.

Devotion with a health strand

Aastha's distinctiveness lies in the pairing: the channel treats spiritual practice and bodily health as one discipline, and its language services carry both. For audiences in Karnataka, that means teaching on the epics and on conduct alongside sessions on diet, herbs and yoga.

Watching

Aastha Kannada broadcasts in standard definition on Indian platforms and streams through the SmartPlay TV infrastructure used by the network, with its programmes also published on the network's video channels.
