Hidabroot Live Stream

Hidabroot - הידברות - is the television arm of what its site calls the world's largest Judaism website, an Israeli organisation devoted to bringing Jewish learning to a wide public. Its channel carries Torah lectures, halacha, family education and children's programmes.

What the channel carries

The schedule is instructional and broad: shiurim - lectures on Talmud, parasha and Jewish thought - alongside practical halacha for daily life, programmes on marriage and parenting, children's material, and current-affairs discussion from a religious standpoint. The aim is outreach: Hidabroot addresses secular and traditional Israelis as much as the strictly observant, and the tone is welcoming rather than stringent.

From website to channel

Hidabroot began as an internet project for Jewish study and grew into a media organisation with a television service, publications and outreach centres. Its television is the visual arm of that work: long lessons, recorded classes and studio discussion, with the Hebrew-language output available to viewers worldwide.

Watching

Hidabroot broadcasts in standard definition on Israeli platforms and streams through the CyberCDN infrastructure set up for the channel, with its programmes also published on its video channels in Hebrew and Portuguese.
