Ashiil TV Live Stream

Ashiil TV is a da'wah station based in Pekanbaru, the capital of Riau, and works under the motto Syi'arkan Kitabulloh, Masyarakatkan Sunnah Rosulillah, which sets out its purpose as spreading the Qur'an and the practice of the Prophet. The channel presents itself as part of the religious media landscape of the Riau region.

Its schedule is made up almost entirely of structured kitab studies, recorded in class format and built around a text rather than around discussion panels.

Kitab Studies

At-Taudhiih Wal Bayaan Lisyajarotil Iiman is a series on the tree of faith, taught by Ustadz Khailid Abdul Shomad. Asyrun Muujibaatun Linnajaah, on twenty causes of success, is presented by Ustadz Abdurrahman Keken.

Ustadz Dr. Syafiq Riza Basalamah teaches Fiqh Sirah Nabawiyah, a study of the Prophet's biography. Ustadz Dr. Muamar Ma'ruf appears in two series: Kitab Al Al Lu'lu wa Al Marjan, on the agreed hadith collection, and Rahiqul Makhtum, a widely used sirah text.

Mengenal Allah Lebih Dekat with Ustadz Maududi Abdullah covers the knowledge of God, while a further series examines Aqidah Ahlul Sunnah Wal Jamaah in relation to the Companions and the Prophet's household.

Teaching Format and Audience

The programmes are long-form lessons, usually an hour or more, and are meant to be followed as a course over several weeks. Alongside the studies, the station carries reminders and short lectures aimed at a general Muslim audience in Riau and beyond.

Ashiil TV describes itself as a community-supported project, funded through donations and infaq from viewers rather than commercial advertising, and its broadcasts are offered without charge.

Broadcasting in Riau

The station operates from Pekanbaru and distributes its feed to local audiences in the province, with the same schedule carried online for viewers outside the region.
