ČT:D Live Stream

ČT:D, widely known as Déčko, is Czech Television's dedicated channel for children. It launched on 31 August 2013 and shares its broadcast position with the culture channel ČT art, with children's programming in the daytime and arts programming at night. The official Déčko portal extends the service with programmes, videos, games, competitions and a live-TV section.

Children's programmes and animation

The channel's portal features Zprávičky (News Bites), Lvíčata (Lion Cubs), Tamtam and Cukrárna u Josefa (Josef's Pastry Shop) among its programme listings. Its children's video area also includes Mlsné medvědí příběhy (The Greedy Bears' Stories) and Tarbíci (The Jerboas). The mix spans children's news, studio programmes and animated series, while the programme guide shows what is scheduled on the television channel.

Games and online viewing

Déčko's web platform includes games, competitions and videos alongside its programme catalogue. Czech Television also provides a live-TV page for the channel, connecting the broadcast schedule with an online television service. The channel therefore combines children's programmes on television with interactive material and video content on the official portal.
