Novgorod TVnews is the regional television channel of Veliky Novgorod and the Novgorod region, broadcasting local news, talk and culture from one of Russia's oldest cities. The region's only media resource producing its own daily broadcasting, it streams its live signal online alongside cable and analog distribution.

Viewers follow Novgorod TVnews for the news of Veliky Novgorod and the region's districts, the local talk and culture programs, and the coverage of city and regional life that national channels cannot give the Novgorod land.

Television of the Novgorod Land

The channel's reach covers the whole region: cable channel 21 for the operators of Veliky Novgorod, analog broadcasting for the region's towns from Staraya Russa and Borovichi to Valdai, Chudovo and Pestovo, and the online live stream that carries the signal beyond the region's borders.

A Daily Regional Grid

The schedule runs on daily news editions from the city and the districts, talk programs with local officials and figures, and cultural programs drawn from the history of one of Russia's founding cities. The channel's newsroom follows the life of a region where the state itself began.

About Novgorod TVnews

Veliky Novgorod is where Russian statehood, literacy and chronicle-writing began, and its regional channel keeps the tradition of telling the region's own story daily. For a region that measures its history in centuries, Novgorod TVnews remains the local screen - the news, the talk and the culture of the Novgorod land, in the channel's own hashtag: time to tune in.
