CBS News Minnesota Live Stream
CBS News Minnesota is the local streaming news service built around WCCO-TV, channel 4, branded CBS Minnesota. The station is licensed to Minneapolis and serves the Twin Cities, owned and operated by CBS Television Stations, with studios on South 11th Street along Nicollet Mall in downtown Minneapolis.
Its transmitter stands at the Telefarm complex in Shoreview, the shared site north of the cities that carries several of the market's signals, and its programming is also seen on the full-power satellite station KCCW-TV, channel 12, in Walker.
The Station
WCCO-TV has served the Twin Cities for decades as the market's CBS outlet, building a reputation on local reporting, weather coverage and community journalism. Nielsen Media Research treats WCCO and KCCW as a single station for ratings purposes, so the two together cover the whole state.
Streaming Output
The service carries Minnesota's reporting beyond the broadcast schedule: breaking stories from Minneapolis, Saint Paul and the suburbs, winter weather and road conditions, state politics at the Capitol, and coverage of the region's agriculture, manufacturing and medical technology sectors.
Sport follows the Twin Cities franchises and the state's college teams, and the newsroom covers the north woods, the Iron Range and the farming counties as well as the metropolitan area.
Access
CBS News Minnesota streams continuously over the internet from the CBS interactive video network and is available through the CBS News website, app and connected televisions.
