RTB Live Stream

RTB - Radio Television Brunei - is the national public broadcaster of Brunei Darussalam. Radio began on 2 May 1957 and television followed on 1 March 1975, opened personally by Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah; today RTB still holds the country's free-to-air television monopoly and reports to the Prime Minister's Office.

Three Channels of a Sultanate

RTB Perdana is the flagship: Malay-language news, culture, religion and sport. RTB Aneka - "variety" - carries entertainment, children's shows and education in Malay, English, Mandarin and Korean imports. RTB Sukmaindera serves Bruneians abroad. The beloved breakfast institution is Rampai Pagi - "Morning Medley" - the talk show that has opened Bruneian days for decades.

Radio in Five Voices

The radio family spans Nasional FM for news, Pelangi FM for the young, Harmoni FM for family classic hits, Pilihan FM in English and Chinese, and Nur Islam FM for religious programming - a full public-service bundle for half a million people.

The National Grid Since 1975

Live streams carry the channels around the clock, so viewers can watch RTB online on any device - the same national grid that has broadcast since 1975. For a small sultanate on the north coast of Borneo, the broadcaster remains what it has always been: the voice that opens the day with Rampai Pagi and closes it with the national anthem.
