Wap TV Live Stream

Wap TV is a Nigerian entertainment channel built on comedy - the home of Nigerian humor on television, with sitcoms, stand-up and films.

Comedy First

The channel's flagship is Akpan and Oduma, the long-running Nigerian sitcom following two hapless Lagos hustlers, alongside stand-up comedy, sketch shows and the channel's own productions. Nigerian comedy drives the grid, and Wap TV's YouTube channel carries its sketches to the diaspora. The channel's own studio productions include its sitcom stable and live comedy recordings, serving viewers day and night.

Nollywood and Culture

The rest of the schedule draws on Nollywood - Nigeria's prolific film industry - with movies, music programming and African cultural content, serving the domestic audience and the diaspora. Broadcasting in English and Nigerian Pidgin from Lagos, the channel streams live on its own site - and its comedy brand has made it one of Nigeria's recognized entertainment names.
