TVX Live Stream

TVX was the brand of El Salvador's channel 23 from 2012 to 2018 - the music-and-entertainment incarnation of a frequency whose history began in 1989 as Canal 23, "La radio que se ve" - the radio you can see.

From the Radio You Can See to TVX

Founded in 1989 by the radio entrepreneur Ricardo A. Recinos, the channel pioneered a radio-like television format: a host in the cabin presenting music videos and reading viewers' greetings and dedications on air. After a period as Star Channel (2007-2012), the frequency took the TVX brand in 2012, broadcasting music and entertainment free-to-air in Spanish, from San Salvador. The "La radio que se ve" era had already made the frequency a fixture of Salvadoran music television for nearly two decades.

Today: Sivar TV

The TVX brand left the air in 2018, and the frequency now operates as Sivar TV - one of Salvadoran television's most shape-shifted signals in history.
