Channel 21 (Former RTL Shop) Live Stream

Channel 21 was a German teleshopping channel based in Hanover. It began broadcasting in 2001 as RTL Shop, later adopted the Channel 21 name, and offered television shopping for fashion, beauty, household products, and electronics.

Teleshopping format

The channel presented products through demonstrations and sales programs, with television broadcasts connected to its online shop. Channel 21 was one of Germany’s established home-shopping services, but it faced an increasingly difficult market as audiences shifted toward online retail and digital platforms.

Closure in 2026

After insolvency proceedings began in March 2026, Channel 21 announced that it would end operations on 1 June 2026 because of its economic situation. The television service no longer broadcasts. The former channel website now directs visitors to a health-products shop, so older live-stream listings and program guides are no longer current.

Channel 21’s history reflects the development of German teleshopping from scheduled television programs toward online commerce. Viewers looking for current shopping television should check whether a provider or retailer has launched a replacement service.
