Simay Azadi TV, also presented in English as IranNTV or Iran National Television, is a Persian-language television network linked to the National Council of Resistance of Iran. The broadcaster describes itself as the official Persian-language television network of the NCRI.

Its output is built around 24/7 coverage of Iran, with emphasis on political news, the democratic resistance movement, protests and campaigns, analytical reports and special programmes.

News and current affairs

The network's news output follows developments in Iran and the wider region, including security tensions, sanctions, human rights and international responses to the Iranian government. Recent coverage on the channel includes the Iran-U.S. confrontation, Gulf and Red Sea tensions, executions and protests inside Iran, and international expressions of support for the resistance movement.

Programme identity

Alongside rolling news, Simay Azadi carries talk, documentary, cultural and satirical formats in Persian. Its programme pages list titles such as حرف حساب, موج نو, روی خط ایران and اینک ایران.

The channel's role is oppositional and civic rather than state broadcasting: it presents itself as a platform for Iran's democratic resistance and for Persian-speaking audiences inside and outside Iran.
